SSOS Agent Modes

Four Governed Ways to Activate the SSOS Agent

Sponsors can engage the SSOS Agent in four governed modes, each aligned to a different level of need, consulting model, and operational readiness. All four modes use the same authored meaning, alignment logic, and drift detection, with scope restrictions that keep the experience simple, predictable, and sponsor-controlled.

Execution Mode

Full Control Through Governed Deliverable Creation and Lifecycle Execution

Execution Mode is the option for Sponsors who want full control of their transformation. The Agent produces governed deliverables, structured outputs, templates, narratives, and full lifecycle execution across Strategy, Selection, and AI Architecture. Every step is aligned to authored meaning, readiness logic, and evidence-based governance so the Sponsor stays in control of scope, sequencing, decisions, and partner influence.

Execution Mode is for Sponsors who want the complete governed front end and the confidence that every decision, deliverable, and sequence reflects their intent, not a consultant's preference.

Review Mode

Your insurance policy and independent quality gate for reviewing deliverables produced by your other consultants

Review Mode is the governed insurance layer that protects Sponsors from drift, mis-sequencing, scope traps, and partner-shaped decisions. The Agent evaluates consultant-produced deliverables using authored meaning, alignment logic, and risk detection. It identifies issues before they become expensive and ensures the Sponsor stays in control of the transformation.

Review Mode is for Sponsors who want a private, independent quality gate while consultants remain responsible for document creation.

Advisory Mode

Expert Guidance & The Automated Second Opinion for Sponsors

Advisory Mode provides governed interpretation, alignment checks, scenario guidance, and automated second opinions. The Agent strengthens the Sponsor's leadership without changing the consulting model or producing deliverables. It helps Sponsors ask better questions, validate recommendations, and avoid predictable risks while consultants handle the documentation.

Advisory Mode is ideal for Sponsors who want clarity and confidence with minimal cost and minimal operational change.

Trial Mode

A Governed, Time-Boxed Preview of the SSOS Agent

Trial Mode gives Sponsors a low-risk way to experience governed clarity before committing to the full engagement.

Two trial options are available:

  • Strategy Trial: Includes Sprint 1, Sprint 2, and an introduction to Sprint 3. The Current State and Data Readiness Assessments are introduced but not performed.

  • Selection Trial: Includes Step 12, Design Evaluation Framework only. This demonstrates governed evaluation logic without performing vendor scoring or requirements alignment.

Trial Mode ends at a natural decision gate where Sponsors choose whether to continue into Execution Mode or activate an Accelerator.

Trial Fee Structure

Low Risk Entry, Full Credit on Upgrade

Trial Mode uses a simple, enterprise-grade pricing model.

  • A non-refundable Trial Fee is paid upfront.

  • The Trial Fee covers the trial boundary.

  • If the Sponsor upgrades, 100 percent of the Trial Fee is credited toward the full engagement.

  • The next sprint unlocks only after the upgrade payment is received.

This preserves momentum, protects boundaries, and eliminates payment lag or good faith continuation requests.
