Project Management-Plus (PM+) is Alentra's execution support offering for Sponsors who need additional capacity to help coordinate work, maintain momentum, organize activities, and keep a Transformation Program moving forward. While The CFO-TA provides Business-Side Sponsor Intent Governance, PM+ provides the structured execution support required to help the organization perform the work.
Many transformation teams understand what needs to happen but lack the capacity to consistently manage the day-to-day coordination required to keep everything aligned. PM+ fills that gap by providing disciplined execution support that helps maintain structure, accountability, communication, and delivery rhythm throughout the Transformation Program.
PM+ does not replace governance. PM+ helps the organization execute within the governance framework established by the Sponsor.
What PM+ Is
PM+ provides hands-on execution capacity to support transformation activities that require sustained coordination, documentation, follow-through, communication, and organizational discipline.
