1. Pricing Model & Philosophy

How does Alentra structure its pricing?

Pricing is organized into four components:

  • Phase Based Leadership (fixed fee)

  • Advisory Blocks (fixed unit)

  • PM+ Execution Support (execution based)

  • SSOS Agent Licensing (blocks of 10 system licenses)

Each component has a clear purpose and clean boundaries.

Do you use hourly billing?

No.
Alentra does not use hourly billing for any leadership offering.
Leadership is priced based on intensity and scope, not time.

Do you use retainers or subscriptions?

No.
There are no retainers, no subscriptions, and no rolling hour banks.
Sponsors activate only the leadership or execution they need.

Are there any hidden fees?

No.
There are no hidden fees, blended roles, or unapproved labor.
All pricing is transparent and scoped before activation.

2. Phase‑Based Leadership (Fixed Fee)

What’s included in a fixed‑fee leadership offering?

Each phase offering includes:

  • structured leadership

  • governance

  • decision support

  • risk posture

  • partner alignment

  • readiness validation

There are no hidden labor charges or blended roles.

How do multi‑year programs work financially?

Pricing aligns to the transformation lifecycle and the leadership intensity required at each phase.

  • Strategy requires high intensity for early clarity

  • Selection requires high intensity for defensible decisioning

  • Implementation requires medium intensity for oversight and alignment

  • Value Realization requires low intensity for stabilization and outcomes

This creates a predictable, multi-year financial model that reflects the true leadership demands of the mission.

3. Advisory Blocks (Fixed Unit Leadership)

What’s included in an Advisory Block?

Each Advisory Block includes a fixed unit of leadership time for:

  • framing

  • analysis

  • alignment

  • decision support

  • posture guidance

Blocks are scoped at the moment of need and remain self‑contained.

How do Advisory Blocks differ from PM+?

  • Advisory Blocks → leadership for decisions, risks, and alignment

  • PM+ → execution for coordination, documentation, and follow‑through

They serve different purposes and are priced separately.

4. PM+ Execution Support (Execution‑Based Pricing)

How is PM+ priced?

PM+ is priced based on execution intensity, including:

  • coordination load

  • documentation volume

  • number of workstreams

  • testing and cutover cycles

PM+ is execution only and never blends into leadership.

Do you charge for partner coordination?

Partner coordination is included within:

  • Implementation Assurance (leadership)

  • PM+ (execution)

There are no separate partner coordination fees.

5. SSOS Agent Licensing (System Access)

How does SSOS Agent licensing work?

SSOS Agent licenses are sold in blocks of 10 system licenses.
Each license provides full access to the SSOS Agent for Strategy, Selection, and Assurance.
Licenses scale cleanly as your transformation grows.

Can we add more licenses later?

Yes.
Additional licenses can be added in increments of 10 at the same rate as the initial block.

6. Scope, Activation & Combining Offerings

How do you handle scope changes?

Scope changes are handled through:

  • Advisory Blocks (leadership)

  • PM+ (execution)

  • or a new phase engagement

There is no automatic scope expansion.

How quickly can we activate support?

Most offerings activate with one conversation.
Advisory Blocks activate immediately.
SSOS Agent licensing activates as soon as users are provisioned.

Can we combine offerings?

Yes.
Most Sponsors combine:

  • Phase‑Based Leadership

  • Advisory Blocks

  • PM+

  • DCS Licensing

This creates a complete Sponsor‑Side Operating System for the transformation.
