Most enterprise systems execute what they were configured to mean, not necessarily what leadership authorized, what the Sponsor intended, or what the business needs to remain true.
The gap between leadership’s Business Intent and system execution contributes to post-go-live disappointment, inconsistent AI behavior, and the coordination overhead that makes complex enterprises expensive to operate.
Alentra closes that gap.

Our work establishes the Enterprise Management Control Layer that governs Business Intent, decision authority, accountability requirements, evidence expectations, and execution alignment across complex transformations.
Why I Built Alentra
I have spent more than 35 years inside enterprise transformation, first as a consulting partner at Accenture and later as Microsoft Dynamics & Workday Practice Client Partner at Armanino. During that time, I advised mid-market and enterprise organizations through some of the most consequential ERP, CRM, and analytics decisions of their growth.
Across hundreds of engagements, the breakdown pattern was consistent.
It was rarely the technology.
It was rarely the delivery team.
It was the absence of a system that preserved Sponsor intent once execution began.
Sponsor decisions softened.
Business Intent eroded under delivery pressure.
Vendors filled leadership vacuums.
Accountability remained with the Sponsor, while control quietly shifted elsewhere.
There was no Sponsor-Side control plane.
Alentra is the answer to that structural gap.
The CFO Transformation Agent is the system I spent decades wishing existed. It is a Business-Side governed system designed to keep Sponsor intent enforceable from strategy through value realization and into operations, even as execution complexity increases.
But the purpose of Alentra is larger than transformation control alone.
As machines become more capable, the question is not simply whether organizations can execute faster. The deeper question is whether people become more valuable, more capable, and more meaningfully engaged in the work that remains human.
That is why I built Alentra.
This is not traditional consulting with a new label. It is a new category, built from direct experience at the point where enterprise transformations either hold together or drift apart.

The CFO-TA does not replace Sponsors, business leaders, advisors, or expert judgment.
The CFO-TA is intended to elevate human contribution, not eliminate it. Long-term success depends on people continuously governing Business Intent, exercising judgment, validating outcomes, driving improvement, and providing accountable stewardship over time.
The CFO-TA helps preserve what those people mean, structure what they decide, validate what execution produces, and sustain the Business Intent they are accountable to govern.
