Why I Built Alentra
I have spent 35+ years inside enterprise transformation as a consulting partner at Accenture and later as Microsoft Dynamics & Workday Practice Client Partner at Armanino, advising mid‑market and enterprise organizations through some of the most consequential ERP, CRM, and analytics decisions of their growth.
Across hundreds of engagements, the breakdown pattern was consistent.
It was rarely the technology.
It was rarely the delivery team.It was the absence of a system that preserved sponsor intent once execution began.
Sponsor decisions softened.
