The CFO-TA Subscription Pricing

One Persistent Executive Sponsor Platform Across the Enterprise Transformation Program Lifecycle

The CFO-TA Production Subscription establishes a persistent Business-Side capability for Executive Sponsors responsible for major transformation investments. It supports one Enterprise Transformation Program across Plan, Source, Implement, Value Realization, and Operations, preserving continuity as Sponsor Intent, decisions, Transformation Components, Releases, evidence, validation, and operating conditions evolve.

The Production Subscription supports the full relevant breadth of Sponsor Intent required to govern the Enterprise Transformation Program. The SILMS is deployed within the client's Microsoft environment so Sponsor Intent Assets, Sponsor-owned decisions, evidence, validation history, Transformation Component and Release relationships, lifecycle history, and other organization-specific intelligence remain on the client's infrastructure.

The CFO-TA value compounds over time as the governing foundation and organizational intelligence accumulate across decisions, Components, Releases, validation, and operating experience.

The Production Subscription uses one consistent annual commercial structure for one subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program. Smaller Programs can progress through Plan, Source, Implement, initial Value Realization, and stable Operations more quickly and therefore require fewer annual subscription terms. Larger, phased, or longer-running Programs can require additional annual terms as Sponsor Intent, Transformation Components, Releases, evidence, validation, Value Realization, and operating learning continue to evolve.

The annual subscription structure remains consistent by design. Cumulative subscription investment reflects Enterprise Transformation Program lifecycle duration.

What The CFO-TA Is

The CFO-TA is a Business-Side platform purpose-built for Executive Sponsors responsible for major transformation investments. The platform helps Executive Sponsors govern their three Sponsor-owned responsibilities: Business Intent, Scope Intent, and Transformation Approach Intent. Together these form Sponsor Intent, the Executive Sponsor-owned expression of purpose and foundation of the Transformation Definition.

The CFO-TA provides guidance, methodology, authoring, analysis, deliverable production, validation, review, coordination, decision support, continuity, and Sponsor Intent Lifecycle Management across the Enterprise Transformation Program lifecycle.

Business Intent Design and Intent Governance are hallmark disciplines within The CFO-TA. The SILMS is a major platform capability used to establish, preserve, validate, monitor, improve, and prove Sponsor Intent.

The platform helps Executive Sponsors and their Business-Side teams:

  • Establish and refine Sponsor Intent

  • Create and maintain Sponsor Intent Assets

  • Define Conditions of Success

  • Define Decision Boundaries and Exception Rules

  • Establish accountability requirements

  • Define validation and evidence requirements

  • Develop Meaning-Aligned Requirements

  • Analyze consequential decisions and changes

  • Establish Sponsor Intent Validation Plans

  • Create Sponsor Intent Test Cases

  • Conduct Sponsor Intent Testing

  • Maintain traceability

  • Monitor Sponsor Intent continuously

  • Improve Sponsor Intent continuously

  • Validate Sponsor Intent through planned events

  • Accumulate evidence and organizational intelligence

  • Preserve Sponsor authority and continuity

  • Preserve continuity across Plan, Source, Implement, Value Realization, and Operations

The objective is to make Sponsor Intent explicit enough to govern consequential decisions, remain durable as participants and conditions change, and provide authoritative guidance for increasingly autonomous execution.

One Platform. Twelve Integrated Value Opportunities.

The CFO-TA gives Executive Sponsors an ongoing capability for strengthening definition, preserving alignment, validating outcomes, and maintaining governance continuity. Clients benefit from all twelve CFO-TA Value Opportunities and focus the Platform where current needs and decisions create the greatest value.

Production Subscription Model

The CFO-TA Production Subscription establishes an ongoing Executive Sponsor capability for one Enterprise Transformation Program. It provides generally available The CFO-TA capabilities across Plan, Source, Implement, Value Realization, and Operations while preserving continuity as Sponsor Intent, Transformation Components, Releases, decisions, evidence, validation, and operating conditions evolve.

The Production Subscription remains with the Enterprise Transformation Program as its lifecycle advances. The organization can apply the relevant capabilities when they are needed without purchasing separate Alentra lifecycle offerings or creating new subscription charges simply because work progresses from one lifecycle phase to another.

The Production Subscription includes:

  • One Enterprise Transformation Program

  • Full relevant Sponsor Intent breadth for the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program

  • All Transformation Components and Releases within the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program

  • Generally available capabilities across Plan, Source, Implement, Value Realization, and Operations

  • The CFO-TA

  • The SILMS

  • Up to 5 Sponsor Users

  • Up to 20 Core Users

  • Up to 150 View Users

  • Standard Production Activation and onboarding

  • Leadership Signals (Micro-Videos)

  • Customer support

  • Premium guidance

  • Continuing Alentra intelligence

  • Methodology updates

  • Future SILMS releases during the active Production Subscription

  • Platform updates and enhancements

  • Generally available new capabilities within the subscribed scope

  • Applicable Alentra-hosted services

The Production Subscription creates one persistent operating foundation for the Executive Sponsor and Business-Side team. The organization applies the relevant capabilities as the Enterprise Transformation Program progresses while maintaining continuity of authority, purpose, evidence, validation, and organizational intelligence.

What the Production Subscription Enables

The Production Subscription gives the Executive Sponsor and authorized Business-Side team continuing access to The CFO-TA for the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program. The organization can apply the appropriate generally available capabilities as Sponsor responsibilities, Transformation Components, Releases, consequential decisions, evidence requirements, and operating conditions evolve.

Capabilities include:

  • Business Intent Design

  • Sponsor Intent Lifecycle Management

  • Sponsor Intent Assets

  • Transformation Definition support

  • Transformation Roadmap support

  • Transformation Component and Release traceability

  • Meaning-Aligned Requirements

  • Decision Boundary management

  • Accountability management

  • Sponsor authorization support

  • Decision support

  • AI-assisted authoring and analysis

  • Business Intent Governance AI capabilities

  • Sponsor-grade deliverable production

  • Sponsor Intent Validation Plans

  • Sponsor Intent Test Cases

  • Sponsor Intent Testing

  • Evidence management

  • Governance records and traceability

  • Monitoring

  • Improvement

  • Validation

  • Organizational intelligence preservation

The Production Subscription maintains continuity as the Enterprise Transformation Program progresses. The Executive Sponsor can carry authoritative Sponsor Intent, decisions, evidence, validation history, Transformation Component and Release relationships, and organizational learning forward rather than recreating the governing foundation at each lifecycle transition.

User Entitlements

The CFO-TA uses defined user entitlements to establish clear authority, operating, support, security, technical, and commercial boundaries around the flat annual Production Subscription. The standard Production Subscription includes up to 5 Sponsor Users, 20 Core Users, and 150 View Users.

Sponsor Users

Sponsor Users include the accountable Executive Sponsor and authorized Sponsor deputies who require defined Sponsor-level capabilities. These capabilities include applicable Sponsor decision, approval, authorization, guidance, and AI-assisted capabilities.

The Executive Sponsor can designate Sponsor deputies within the included entitlement and determine which Sponsor authorities are delegated. The authority model preserves the accountable Executive Sponsor, authorized deputies, delegated authorities, Decision Boundaries, effective dates, and applicable approval and revocation requirements.

Delegation enables appropriate Sponsor-level activity while preserving Executive Sponsor accountability for Sponsor Intent.

Core Users

Core Users actively operate The CFO-TA with the Executive Sponsor and authorized Sponsor deputies. Core Users can include Sponsor Intent Coordinators, Sponsor Intent Analysts, Validation Business Analysts, selected Business-Side leaders, and other designated participants performing substantive platform activities.

Core Users create, analyze, author, coordinate, maintain, review, validate, and support the governance of Sponsor Intent Assets and related Enterprise Transformation Program information using applicable The CFO-TA capabilities.

View Users

View Users consume authorized information made available through the SILMS according to their responsibilities and permissions. View Users can include Business-Side managers, Steering Committee participants, functional leaders, implementation-partner personnel, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, technology personnel, and others who need governed information to perform their responsibilities.

The standard Production Subscription includes up to 150 View Users. Applicable security, Microsoft licensing, technical capacity, Information Governance, permissions, and contracted-use requirements continue to govern access and platform operation.

Client and Third-Party Participation

Authorized Users can include client personnel and approved third-party participants supporting the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program. Approved third-party participants count against the applicable Sponsor User, Core User, or View User entitlement and remain subject to the same authority, security, Microsoft licensing, permissions, Information Governance, and contracted-use requirements.

Sponsor Users are ordinarily limited to the accountable Executive Sponsor, authorized Sponsor deputies, and other authorized client or covered-affiliate personnel. Approved implementation-partner personnel, consultants, External Domain Experts, and other specialists can participate as Core Users when they actively operate The CFO-TA on behalf of the client. Other authorized external participants can receive View User access when governed information is required for their responsibilities.

Third-party participation should preserve Segregation of Duties between Sponsor authority and execution responsibility. Implementation partners and other parties compensated to deliver the Enterprise Transformation Program can contribute expertise, analysis, recommendations, evidence, and execution information without becoming the authority that approves the Sponsor Intent against which their work is governed and evaluated.

Third-party access is limited to work performed for the subscribing client within the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program. It does not provide independent rights to use The CFO-TA, the SILMS, Alentra intelligence, methodology, templates, prompts, agents, platform capabilities, or other Alentra intellectual property for other customers, engagements, products, services, or commercial purposes.

User entitlements establish reasonable operating boundaries while preserving one flat annual Production Subscription.

Production Subscription Scope

The Production Subscription supports one Enterprise Transformation Program governed through common Sponsor Intent, a common Transformation Definition, integrated intended outcomes, and a common or integrated Transformation Roadmap. CRM, ERP, Analytics, Data, Agentic AI, Organizational Change, Process Transformation, Integration, and other major bodies of work can operate as Transformation Components within that Program.

Transformation Components and Releases have a many-to-many relationship. A Transformation Component can participate in multiple Releases, and one Release can coordinate changes across multiple Transformation Components while remaining connected to the same authoritative Sponsor Intent foundation.

The Production Subscription supports the full breadth of Sponsor Intent required to govern the Enterprise Transformation Program. Sponsor Intent can become more explicit as Components and Releases progress and organizational intelligence accumulates throughout the lifecycle.

Program complexity does not change the annual subscription structure. Technologies, providers, workstreams, Transformation Components, Releases, Sponsor Intent Assets, decisions, evidence, and normal lifecycle progression remain within the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program when governed through the common Sponsor Intent and Transformation Definition.

Subscription Duration and Cumulative Investment

The CFO-TA Production Subscription is an annual commitment. Enterprise Transformation Programs progress at different speeds, so cumulative subscription duration can differ among customers.

A smaller Enterprise Transformation Program can move through Plan, Source, Implement, initial Value Realization, and stable Operations in a shorter period and therefore require fewer annual subscription terms. Larger Programs can contain more extensive implementation activity, multiple Transformation Components and Releases, phased deployments, longer stabilization periods, and continuing Value Realization activities that extend across additional annual terms.

The CFO-TA remains active as long as the Enterprise Transformation Program continues to benefit from Sponsor Intent Lifecycle Management, guidance, decision support, evidence, validation, organizational intelligence, subsequent Releases, platform evolution, and continuing Business-Side support.

The annual subscription structure remains consistent by design. Cumulative subscription investment reflects Enterprise Transformation Program lifecycle duration.

Platform Prerequisites

The CFO-TA operates through client-managed Microsoft technologies and Alentra-provided platform capabilities. The client's designated technical resources deploy, administer, maintain, and support the Microsoft environment required for Production, including Microsoft licensing, SharePoint administration, identity and access, permissions, security, storage, capacity, Information Governance, and ongoing environment support.

Alentra provides the deployable The CFO-TA and SILMS architecture, deployment instructions, standard Production Activation guidance, entitlement definitions, standard permission architecture, product updates, methodology, and contracted product support.

Applicable prerequisites include:

  • Designated Executive Sponsor

  • Designated Sponsor Team

  • Microsoft 365

  • SharePoint environment suitable for the SILMS deployment

  • Microsoft Copilot licensing appropriate for applicable Sponsor Users and Core Users

  • Microsoft licensing required for applicable View Users

  • Appropriate identity and access administration

  • Defined Sponsor User, Core User, and View User permissions

  • Appropriate security controls

  • Privacy requirements where applicable

  • Records-management and retention requirements

  • Information Governance requirements

  • Client technical resources responsible for SILMS deployment within the client environment

  • Client resources responsible for user and approved third-party access administration

  • Client resources responsible for storage, capacity, licensing, and Microsoft consumption administration

  • Client resources responsible for ongoing Microsoft environment troubleshooting and support

Client-specific Microsoft licensing, infrastructure, deployment, configuration, administration, storage, capacity, consumption, identity and access management, user administration, environment troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support remain client responsibilities unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable agreement.

Deployment Model

The SILMS is deployed within the client's Microsoft environment and utilizes the client's permissions framework, identity management, security controls, retention requirements, classification standards, audit capabilities, and information-management practices.

The client retains control of:

  • Microsoft tenant administration

  • SharePoint administration

  • Identity and access management

  • User permissions

  • User provisioning, assignment, reassignment, and removal

  • Approved third-party access administration

  • Security controls

  • Privacy requirements

  • Data classification

  • Records and retention

  • Information Governance

  • Audit logging

  • SILMS deployment within the client environment

  • Environment troubleshooting and ongoing technical support

  • Storage and capacity administration

  • Applicable Microsoft licensing and consumption

Sponsor Intent Assets, Sponsor-owned decisions, Transformation Definition and Transformation Roadmap relationships, Transformation Components, Releases, evidence, validation history, decision history, lifecycle history, client-created materials, and other organization-specific intelligence remain stored on and accessible through the client's infrastructure.

Alentra retains ownership of The CFO-TA, the SILMS, Alentra methodologies, frameworks, templates, platform capabilities, software, Alentra-authored prompts and agents, and other Alentra intellectual property.

Production Activation

Standard Production Activation establishes the operating foundation required to begin using The CFO-TA. Alentra provides the SILMS deployment package, deployment instructions, standard Production Activation guidance, entitlement and permission architecture, Sponsor Team onboarding, Enterprise Transformation Program structure, and initial Transformation Component and Release structures.

The client's designated technical resources perform the client-environment deployment and configuration activities, establish the applicable Microsoft prerequisites, implement approved permissions, provision authorized users, and assume ongoing administration and technical support for the client Microsoft environment.

Before activation, Alentra and the client confirm:

  • The subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program

  • The accountable Executive Sponsor

  • Authorized Sponsor deputies

  • Sponsor User, Core User, and View User entitlements

  • Sponsor Team responsibilities

  • Initial Transformation Components and Releases

  • Authorized client contacts

  • Client technical deployment owner

  • Client ongoing technical-support owner

  • User and third-party access-administration owner

  • Storage, capacity, and Microsoft licensing owner

  • Deployment responsibilities

  • Microsoft prerequisites

  • Required permissions

  • Onboarding requirements

Customer-specific integration, unusual migration, remediation, bespoke Microsoft engineering, customer-specific Power Platform engineering, connectors, automation, or other technical work beyond standard Production Activation guidance can be separately scoped and priced when required.

Annual Renewal

An active Production Subscription provides continuing access to The CFO-TA, future SILMS releases, continuing Alentra intelligence, methodology evolution, platform enhancements, customer support, guidance, and generally available capabilities within the subscribed Enterprise Transformation Program.

Renewal supports the activities that continue after initial implementation, including Sponsor Intent Lifecycle Management, monitoring, improvement, planned validation, evidence accumulation, Value Realization, subsequent Releases, changing operating conditions, and AI-enabled operating changes.

The CFO-TA value compounds over time. Sponsor Intent, decisions, evidence, validation history, Transformation Component and Release relationships, and operating learning accumulate within the client's governing foundation. Subsequent Releases and annual subscription terms therefore build on increasingly rich organizational intelligence rather than reconstructing the governing foundation.

Renewal preserves access to the continuing platform, intelligence, guidance, support, methodology, and evolution that strengthen this client-resident foundation.

What Happens When a Production Subscription Ends

If a Production Subscription ends, access to The CFO-TA and continuing Alentra intelligence concludes. Future SILMS releases, methodology updates, platform enhancements, generally available new capabilities, customer support, premium guidance, applicable Alentra-hosted services, and rights to newly developed Alentra intellectual property provided through the active Production Subscription also conclude.

Client information stays with the client.

The organization retains its:

  • Sponsor Intent Assets

  • Sponsor-owned decisions

  • Conditions of Success

  • Decision Boundaries

  • Accountability Requirements

  • Exception Rules

  • Evidence Requirements

  • Sponsor Intent Validation Plans

  • Sponsor Intent Test Cases

  • Validation findings and authorized conclusions

  • Evidence

  • Transformation Definition and Transformation Roadmap relationships

  • Transformation Component and Release relationships

  • Decision history

  • Lifecycle history

  • Client-created documents

  • Client-created reports

  • Client-created prompts and agents

  • Client-specific configurations

  • Client-resident SharePoint structures

  • Other organization-specific intelligence

Subject to the applicable agreement, the client also retains a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to continue using the final SILMS version deployed in its environment for its own internal business purposes.

This continuing right is limited to the licensed client entity and expressly authorized affiliates. It does not permit sublicensing, resale, commercialization, redistribution, third-party hosting, or service-bureau use.

Why the Production Subscription Model Works

The Production Subscription gives the Executive Sponsor one persistent operating platform across Plan, Source, Implement, Value Realization, and Operations. Sponsor Intent, the Transformation Definition, Transformation Roadmap, Transformation Components, Releases, decisions, evidence, and validation remain connected as the Enterprise Transformation Program evolves.

The annual subscription architecture allows The CFO-TA to support Enterprise Transformation Programs of different sizes and durations without introducing complexity-based pricing. Smaller, faster Programs can require fewer annual terms, while larger, phased, or longer-running Programs continue subscribing as the lifecycle extends and additional value is created through continuing Sponsor Intent Lifecycle Management, validation, subsequent Releases, organizational intelligence, and operating learning.

The client retains the organization-specific governing foundation created through The CFO-TA within its own infrastructure. The active Production Subscription continually strengthens that foundation through continuing Alentra intelligence, future SILMS releases, methodology evolution, platform enhancements, guidance, customer support, and generally available new capabilities.

The CFO-TA value compounds over time because each decision, Release, validation event, evidence point, and operating insight enriches the governing context available to what comes next.
